• (Q) How do I use the promo code?
• (A) Before paying the shipping fee, simply copy the promo code and paste it into the Apply Promo field in your shipment details. The discount will be applied automatically once confirmed. If you selected auto-payment when submitting your shipment, you may miss the opportunity to use it.


• (Q) Which shipments are eligible for this promo?
• (A) Shipments submitted from March 8 to March 15 for West Malaysia Sea Freight Small Parcel / Free Volumetric Sea Freight Small Package are eligible. Shipments can be submitted even if the parcels have not fully arrived at the warehouse.


• (Q) What is the validity period of the promo code?
• (A) The promo code is valid from March 8, 2026 00:00AM to March 18, 2026 11:59PM (Malaysia Time). It cannot be used after expiry.


• (Q) Are there any weight restrictions?
• (A) The minimum chargeable weight for shipments must be 8KG or above.


• (Q) How many promo codes are available?
• (A) There are 388 promo slots available, first-come, first-served. Each user can only use it once.


• (Q) What is the maximum discount?
• (A) For West Malaysia Sea Freight Small Parcel orders with chargeable weight above 8KG, the maximum discount is additional 8KG.


• (Q) Can I return or change the promo if I used it incorrectly?
• (A) No. Each shipment can only use the promo once, and once used, it cannot be canceled or returned.
