First of all, please rest assured that none of our company’s containers were involved in any collision incident.
However, on October 25, a collision occurred in the Pearl River Estuary between a container ship and a bulk carrier. The affected waters are still under salvage and clearance operations, causing temporary navigation blockages, partial port closures, and restricted access in some areas, resulting in concentrated cargo traffic.
Due to this, the ports we rely on are currently experiencing severe congestion, and sea freight transit times may be generally delayed. This situation is considered an uncontrollable factor, and we sincerely ask for your understanding.
For customers planning to ship from Guangzhou in the near future, we recommend arranging shipments in advance. For time-sensitive cargo, please consider using air freight services.
We will continue to monitor the port situation closely and provide updates as soon as possible. Should you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
