WePost provides various top-up and payment methods, including bank transfer / DuitNow, FPX, Grab Pay, Setel Pay, WeChat Pay, Boost, credit card and etc. All the transactions are supervised under Bank Negara Malaysia to provide secured online transactions for all the users. Please ensure that transactions made are with the WePost official bank account - "WePost Sdn Bhd"。
Top-up and Payment Instructions：
Bank Transfer
- transfer the amount required to WePost official bank account
- after transfering, submit the top-up information for further verification, including receipt, total amount and sender's name at "My Wallet"
- verifying process will be done in 1 hour within working hours
- the user will receive email, APP or Facebook notification when the transactions are verified
- All transactions will be charged RM 1.00 processing fee

FPX Instant Transfer
- In collaboration with FPX PayNet
- Enter the top-up amount and then, log in to the appointed online banking system to make transactions
- After completing the transactions, the top-up amount will be verified and updated in the WePost account balance
- All the transactions will be verified by the bank, providing users 24/7 instant top-up services
- Transactions below RM200 will be charged RM1.20 of service charge

DuitNow Pay

- All the transactions will be verified by DuitNow, providing a 24/7 instant top-up services
- All transactions not charged processing fee
Wechat Pay
- In collaboration with Wechat Pay
- Users can make payment via WeChat Pay
- After completing the transactions, the top-up amount will be verified and updated in the WePost account balance
- All the transactions will be verified by WeChat, providing a 24/7 instant top-up services
- All transactions will be charged minimum RM 0.5 processing fee or 1% of the topu-up amount
Maybank2u PAY
- In collaboration with Maybank2u Pay
- Users must have MAybank2u account in order to us this transfer service
- Enter the top-up amount and then, log in to the appointed online banking to make the transactions
- After completing the transactions, the top-up amount will be verified and updated in the WePost account balance
- All transactions will be verified by Maybank, providing a 24/7 instant top-up services
- All transactions below RM200 will be charged RM0.80 processing fee
Boost E-Wallet
- In collaboration with Boost E-Wallet
- Users can make payment via Boost E-Wallet
- After completing the transactions, the top-up amount will be verified and updated in the WePost account balance
